Talking to Dr. Straker, lead me to talk to a Mental Health Counselor and talking to the Counselor I realized that it wasn't perimenopause I am going through. There was an event in my life that I haven't grieved which lead me to have anxiety attacks.
I do want to thank Dr. Straker for the talk and pointing me in the that direction.
